These terms govern your use of tools.inhere-trading.com and the utilities published on it (the “Service”), operated by Inhere Trading. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Licence to use

You may use the Service free of charge for personal and commercial purposes. No account is required and no fee is charged.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools are error-free, that output is correct for your use case, or that the Service will be available without interruption.

3. Your responsibility for input

You are responsible for what you paste into the tools. Do not paste production credentials, private keys, personal data of third parties, or material you are not entitled to process. Although all processing happens locally in your browser, you remain responsible for compliance with your own organisation’s security policy.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nil.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to process unlawful material.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe its infrastructure without permission, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not manipulate advertising, including through automated clicks or impressions.
• Do not resell the Service as your own, or remove attribution when redistributing substantial parts of it.

6. Intellectual property

The interface, code, written guides and design of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution.

7. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdSense. Advertisements are supplied by third parties; we do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for external sites reached through ads.

8. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: your tool input never leaves your browser.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms. The revised version takes effect when published on this page and the “last updated” date will change.
